Barry is responsible for structuring, directing and executing investment fund formation, and acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures and other transactions of the company and its investment vehicles.
Experience:
Prior to joining Greenfield, Barry was a member of the international law firm of Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays & Handler, LLP for 18 years (12 as a partner), based in New York City.
During that period, he handled numerous acquisitions, financings, leases, joint ventures and restructurings, including the development and financing of World Financial Center and the 42nd Street Redevelopment Project in New York City, the acquisition and leaseback of the Sears Tower in Chicago, and the restructuring of Olympia & York Companies (USA).
Before joining Kaye Scholer, Barry was an associate at the law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton in New York City for three years.
